SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
This Shipping & Return Policy is a part of NYK Woodworks' Terms of Use ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside that of the www.NYKWoodworks.com Terms of Use agreement.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Return Policy when purchasing our products. This Policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

FREE SHIPPING:

-We offer free (standard shipping) on all orders for items listed on this Site.
-Orders ship within (4-5) days after successful processing of your order.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
​
In-store and curbside pickup is available for:

-Products more suitable for pickup such as: large furniture, cabinets, tables, and items that would otherwise be heavy (over lbs) and/or costly to ship.

-Pickups will only be made available by making prior and appropriate arrangements with NYK Woodworks. We reserve the right to deny or refuse this option, for any reason, without reasonable cause or explanation.
OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Define any other optional methods of shipping that you would like to include; and how this will impact the customer, their expectations, and the price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/DELIVERY
​
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
-Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
-Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
-Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday (with the exclusion of US holidays).
-To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST.
-Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED
If your order or delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible, and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms of Use.
RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, within the limitations and as expressly written and described in this Shipping and Return Policy.
RETURN POLICIES
EX: All returns must be postmarked within (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
TO RETURN AN ITEM:

-Please email customer service at CustomerCare@NYKWoodworks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
-After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging (and include any additional steps you would like the customer to take).
-Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (3) days from the receipt of your returned item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that returns will only be furnished to the card used to make the initial purchase, without exception.
